Julie Fei-Fan Balzer is a self-taught mixed media artist and avid scrapbooker. She and her husband live in a tiny apartment with a big art studio in the middle of New York City.

Julie writes the “Adventures in Arting” column for Cloth Paper Scissors Magazine and is the co-host of Scrapbook Soup TV (PBS). She has three different hour-long instructional DVDs with Interweave Press: “Collage Fast & Furious” was released in 2010 and the other two will be released later this year.
