Just a fun layout about turning 21 :)
I masked and misted the 1" circles with some Mister Hueys: Cameo, Piglet, Lemonade, and Clay. I then stamped the letters using various ink colors. I really like how it turned out! My inspiration came from this image on pinterest: http://pinterest.com/pin/87186942755826937/
